To remain healthy, we must eat things that are good for us. And we must make sure that the food we consume is healthy as well as fresh. But there are certain things that people don’t know. Our food does contain some amount of toxicity. And toxin things can be harmful to our bodies. It is a misconception that if we buy fresh food, then it won’t contain any toxicity.

To be more precise, the things we consume contain at least seven types of toxins. And these seven types of toxins are very concerning. Here is the list of the toxins present in our food and how to remove these toxins.

  • BPA

BPA stands for Bisphenol-A. And it is a chemical found in the plastic containers of many foods and beverages. For example, bottled water, canned items as well as packaged foods. And canned items include vegetables, fish, chicken, beans, etc. Studies found many opposing sides of BPA in our body, as well as it blocks the hormones estrogen. And estrogen is required for normal body function.

So you must reduce the level of BPA from food. And to do this, you can get yourself BPA-free bottles. And for food items, you can buy whole, unprocessed foods.

  • Trans Fats

Trans fats are the unhealthiest thing one can consume. A high level of trans fat can cause many health problems such as inflammation, heart-related issues, and many more. Even trans fats can block articles; as a result, blood circulation will be irregular.

To reduce trans fat in your body, you can avoid food items that contain trans fat. You can check the content before eating. Instead of trans fat, eat good fats.

  • PAHs

The complete form of PAHs is Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons. And red meat contributes to the most amount of Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons. Even though red meat contains a lot of iron and protein, an excess amount of red meat in a diet can be harmful. And even if you like red meat, try to avoid grilling it. Grilling can cause Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons to form on meat.

Scientists found that Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons can cause severe problems like cancer. And to be more precise, it is capable of causing kidney cancer, colon cancer. It can even causes problems indigestion.

  • Coumarin in Cassia Cinnamon

Cinnamon is a vital ingredient in many food items. And cinnamon has many good sides. It is capable of lowing blood sugar levels, cholesterol levels, etc. However, cinnamon contains coumarin, which can cause severe issues if consumed at a greater level.

Coumarin can cause liver damage, infection in the stomach lining, and many more diseases. Many studies were carried out to find the safe amount of cinnamon one can have every day. And scientists found that a person can have 2g of cinnamon every day. However, in many people, even a trim level of coumarin can cause serious problems. It depends on the immunity of the person.

To live a long, happy life, we must remain healthy. And to stay healthy, we must be careful about what we eat.
